Smoked Fish

Smoked Fish at Alaska West

Many of our guests know this, but we have a great smoked fish program at Alaska West.

We believe it is a combination of multiple things – the chrome bright fish we catch, the combination of hardwoods we use for smoking, the perfect combination of sweet and salty brine we use, and getting those fresh fish directly into the brine the day they come off the water.

In the end all that really is important is that they are delicious!
