We realize it is Groundhog’s Day, but in The Bahamas, specifically on South Andros Island, we are more focused on other animals- potcakes (dogs) and potcats (cats). With virtually no veterinarian on the largest island in The Bahamas, dogs and cats have minimal care, and the island has a lot of adorable potcakes and potcats. This paradox makes it nearly impossible for routine health checks, spay, and neutering procedures.
South Andros Island’s potcakes and potcats are in dire need of medical attention. Please help support the island by helping these lovely animals get the medical procedures and checkups they need.
