There has been a change at our Andros South Lodge, and we embraced it. We would like to officially present Mia and Marty Sheppard as the Operations Managers at Andros South Lodge. Since the addition of Mia and Marty Sheppard as Operations Managers, we’ve had a tremendous new and exciting dynamic at Andros South. Mia and Marty have already made a lasting impression on Andros South guests and staff alike, and it’s not a surprise. Mia and Marty’s experience in business, hospitality, and the fishing industry, in addition to their willingness to work in any environment, make them a proper fit at Andros South Lodge. Without exception, Mia and Marty are committed to family, fishing, stewardship, and conservation, and we are blessed to have them.
Since acquiring Little Creek Outfitters in Oregon, Mia, and Marty Sheppard have been offering remarkable fly fishing adventures in Oregon, putting guests on trout and smallmouth bass. Still, their specialty is swinging flies for steelhead with a two-handed rod. They offer some of the best fishing experiences in the country.
During the winter season in Oregon, however, they bring a similar dynamic and experience to fly fishing by trading their two-handed rods for single-handed saltwater rods, rivers for beaches, gravel bars for saltwater flats, and steelhead for bonefish at Andros South Lodge.
Mia and Marty have made it their life’s work to show how one person’s passion can benefit all the family, and we are lucky to have them.
