Spey casting tips for switch rods from Airflo

In case you haven’t heard, earlier this year the folks at Airflo introduced their latest spey line, the Skagit Scout – Their shortest skagit head to date designed to make easy work of switch rods, shorter spey rods, and single hand spey casts.

With their release of the Skagit Scout, they’ve also been pumping out some pretty great casting videos to help those making the transition from the longer skagit heads of old, to shorter skagit-style heads that are becoming increasingly popular by many of today’s two-handed anglers, and today we share one of those videos with you.

    You’ve provided me some excellent spey casting instructors. I think they have addressed my casting faults. Hopefully here in SE Idaho I will be ably to get out on the water soon given our lousy weather makes a turn for the better.
