That was a cool experience. The fish held there next to Hawkeye’s boots for 2-3 minutes after we released it. After I shot the photos she kicked her tail and juked between his feet back into the current. Love those Kanektok rainbows!

Wow that is a beautiful shot and must have been even more beautiful of an experience. I catch wild rainbows near Vancouver, British Columbia, and I would love the opportunity to fish in Alaska one day. Too bad I am only 22 and very pour 🙁 haha. One day !
