Best Rain Bibs Ever

Waders as Rain Bibs
Our three newest staff members – Dylan and Robby Sanders, and Rancher. Photo: Jordan Sly

Ever need a good pair of breathable rain bibs for working in the yard, wearing on a wet boat ride, or just strolling around in the rain?

We’ve got a solution for you if you have a old pair of waders laying around.

After a while it becomes impossible to keep an old pair of waders from leaking – they eventually need to be retired. When that happens at Alaska West we like to to cut the feet off, and instantly have a great pair of bombproof breathable rain bibs! They might not be submersible anymore, but they’re much more durable, breathable and waterproof than anything you’ll buy as off-the-shelf rain paints.
