We’re really happy (happy, but not surprised) to pass on the great news that Alaska West’s own Whitney Gould is once again the women’s world champion of spey casting.
At the Spey O Rama in San Francisco this spring, Whitney launched casts of 134, 127, 135 and 129 feet to repeat her victory from 2011. Awesome job, Whitney!
We know how lucky we are to have Whitney as a member of our ridiculously talented and friendly guide staff at Alaska West. They’ll all be at it again, next month, on the Kanektok and Arolik Rivers…
