Trevor Covich is back today, telling us a bit about the never-ending job of exploring new water in Southern Chile.
Endless Water
Here at Chile West we are constantly exploring new water for future anglers. When we say endless we mean it! There is more water here than you can shake a fly rod at in a 10 day trip. On a trip here you might drive over a river and ask “are there any fish there?” Usually we can give a response but the fact of the matter is we don’t have time to fish all that water. We are exploring piece by piece between trips, and we’ve been at it for years.
However, we have clients that are really into seeing new water and the thought of exploring really appeals them – sometimes we bring them along. All of our exploring has really paid off – we have more than a full deck to play with.
