Deny the permit. I remember Alaska as a young soldier at Ft Wainwright in 1959-61. I assisted Gordon Wear Master guide on officer sheep hunting trips on N Slope Brooks Range. I saw Porcupine Caribou in migration to Yukon. Save our only remaining frontier.

Unfortunately for the world this imbecile whom your country put in place as your leader will suffer irreplaceable damage to all of the environmentally challenged areas of the US.
