That face you make when you realize you are going to have a freezer full of fresh silver salmon. Here is one of our favorite guests, Ed Saboe, on the banks of the Nushagak River. This fish has only touched 1 other persons hand before it will be on Ed’s dinner platte. Can’t say that about any grocery story bought salmon!
