The legendary Tim Rajeff is back for another appearance on our blog today. Tim owns Echo Fly Rods and runs Airflo in North America. He’s also a super nice guy and a bad-ass caster.
In another segment from Andros South, Tim covers the importance of wading softly and hits on a couple of high points on how to accomplish this.
- Enter the water with your toe, not your whole flat foot.
- Move through the water as smoothly as possible.
If you want to get better at wading softly, though, you better click play on the video below.

It is cold and freezing rain is falling in North yarmouth ME, it was nice to read your email on Andros Island, I particularly was interested is seeing the beautiful tarpon photo. I have fished Andros [Fresh Creek] 6-7 times with Benry Smith but never hooked up with a tarpon.
