At Andros South, we launch our boats at the mouth of Little Creek, a tidal creek that opens up on the East to the ocean-side flats of South Andros.
One of the big reasons for the location of our launch is that Little Creek also provides our access to the West Side. We don’t need to run through the South Bight or around the southern tip of South Andros – we just hop in our boats at Little Creek and head west.
In the middle of the island, Little Creek narrows down to the small cut that you see above. It’s shallow and rocky so caution is a must, but it’s really nice to have interior access to the big boys of the West.

Ah… I remember that spot very well… the boats slow down and you have a few minutes to really appreciate how little is out there and how beautiful the place is.
Andros… I miss you.
