We offer instructional weeks at all three of our lodges, with the focus at Alaska West being on spey casting. A different guest spey instructor joins us for each peak week of our king salmon season, and provides a combination of on-river one-one-one instruction during the fishing day and group instruction after normal fishing hours.
These guys are the best of the best. The first week of our season, for example, is taught and hosted by none other than Dec Hogan – Northwest guiding legend, fantastic teacher, incredible caster and storyteller extraordinaire.
We have space available in Dec’s week from June 12 – 19, 2009. Come fish with a legend and catch some kings to boot.
