Dear Anglers,
The world is currently experiencing something unlike any of us have ever experienced. The Covid-19 Pandemic is affecting our normal day to day lives worldwide, and in a short time we have all had our lives impacted in one way or another, but we at Deneki believe that as a community and country we can persevere and make it to the other side of this outbreak. We, like everyone else, are closely monitoring the situation. We still have staff at Andros South and some clients, but we will amend things as necessary and we all know things are changing daily right now. Some really nice fish have been landed recently and many smiles have been shared, and we appreciate the opportunity and privilege of still being a part of people’s lives during this uncertain time. If you have plans to join us down there and cannot or don’t feel safe traveling, please contact us, and should we make changes to our operation we will of course notify everyone immediately. We are optimistic about the future of our country and the world, and we are still planning for another very successful summer. However, we have liberally amended our cancelation policy specifically because of the Corona Virus Outbreak and that policy can be utilized if necessary.
We want to reassure you that as a company we are following the recommendations set forth by our government leaders, The CDC and the World Health Organization. Our goal is to help humanity fight back against this novel virus, and we believe that is a goal that we can achieve by working together.
Many of us have found ourselves with more downtime now than we are typically used to having. Make the most out of it – crank out some flies, go back through some of the old Deneki blog posts, tie some tapered leaders. Get ready for when this proverbial cloud lifts and we can fish all the waters of our choosing!
