At BC West, our top priority is chasing the hottest, most supercharged steelhead and salmon on the planet. Period.
However…we eat really, really well! Our chef and manager Belinda puts out such good food that on more than one occasion, we’ve found ourselves standing in the middle of a beautiful run on the Dean…looking forward to dinner. Seriously.
This is not ‘lodge food’ – these are meals that you’d be thrilled to be served at any restaurant in Seattle. How many days ’til we open?
